1. RETURN  POLICY

Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

Our policy lasts for up to 28 days. Once 28 days have passed since the item(s) was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

2. REFUND POLICY

Please note that not all items will be eligible for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund you must contact us at info@luxullence.com.

  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • You must include a picture of the product with an explanation of why you want to return it.
  • The product must remain be in the original packaging.

Once your refund request is received, we will request a picture and an explanation as to what went wrong.  Once these are received, we will issue a refund to the method of payment that the purchase was made with.  You will receive a notification when the refund is issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

4. LOST SHIPPING POLICY

We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your items.
